Your application- If you see a job that’s perfect for you, simply apply! If your experience fits, we’ll be in touch to learn more about you and share more about Kooth and how we work. No suitable roles right now? Check back often – we’re always adding new positions.

Let’s chat- One of our friendly People Team members will reach out for a first call. We’ll get to know you better, discuss your experience, and answer any questions about Kooth.This will last about 30 minutes.

Meet the Manager- You’ll have more in-depth conversations with our hiring manager in the interview stage. We’ll discuss your skills, experience, and why you want to work at Kooth. We’re looking for passionate self-starters, dedicated to building mentally healthier populations and moving the dial to accessing support. This will last about an hour.

Meet the team- Meet more of the team and learn about our work culture. Depending on the role, you might also complete a task demonstrating your skills and fit for the position. This is your chance to ask questions and see how you'd contribute to our success.

Skills Assessment- You'll be asked to complete a psychometric assessment through Test Partnership. This includes skills-based tests in logical, verbal, and numerical reasoning, as well as a series of strength-based personality assessments. These tests are just one piece of the puzzle—we'll consider your results alongside your interview. We're committed to inclusion, so if you need any reasonable adjustments, such as extra time due to dyslexia, please reach out to our hiring team, and we'll be happy to accommodate you.
