Kooth's Integrated Digital Pathways (IDPs) are designed to be transformative, extending the capacity of NHS teams and offering immediate support to those on mental health waiting lists.

Kooth's IDP can support children, young people and adults on waiting lists. In the case of Suffolk and Lincolnshire CAMHS teams, the service was deployed for children and young people.

Kooth's evaluation reports show in both cases how personalised support was delivered, relieving pressure on CAMHS teams, providing cost savings to the health system and ensuring children and young people on waiting lists are helped as soon as is possible.
