Accessing mental health support has never been easier for adults in Enfield. Whether a parent, carer or simply, someone looking for a confidential space to focus on their wellbeing, free and personalised digital support is now available.
Qwell has been commissioned as part of Enfield Council’s Start for Life offer, funded by the Department of Education. Our platform provides 24/7 access to a range of wellbeing resources, including self-help tools, a supportive online community, and one-to-one text-based counselling sessions with qualified mental health practitioners. These live chat sessions are available from midday to 10pm on weekdays and from 6pm to 10pm on weekends.
Cllr Abdul Abdullahi, Enfield Council’s Cabinet Member for Children’s Services, emphasised the importance of making mental health support easily accessible:
“We want residents in our borough to have 24/7 access to mental health services without any delays. This is why we partnered with Qwell to provide a free and confidential platform for adults, new or expecting parents and carers to take care of their wellbeing.”
